Executive Committee

The Order of the Arrow is a youth-led organization, so all the officers on the Executive Committee are under 21. Each officer does have an adult adviser who helps with decisions, but the votes are held by the youth officers.
 

Mike L LodgeChief   The Lodge Chief is the highest youth leadership position in the lodge.  The Chief presides over all lodge activities, including Executive Committee Meetings, service weekends, and other lodge activities.  He provides direct leadership to the Lodge Officers. The Lodge Chief represents the Lodge at section Council of Chiefs and other sectional, regional, and national events.
Tyler W.: Vice Chief of Chapters The VC of Chapters presides over activities in the absence of the Chief and oversees all chapter operations.
Marcus Y.: Vice Chief of Committees The Vice Chief of Committees provides direct leadership to the committee chairmen, oversees all operating committees, appoints committee chairmen, ensures that each chapter has the proper committee structure.
P.J. M.: Secretary The Lodge Secretary keeps accurate minutes of the sessions of the Lodge Executive Committee meetings.  He also handles official lodge correspondence in cooperation with the Executive Committee.
Donyai T.: Treasurer The Treasurer keeps an accurate accounting of lodge finances and the lodge account with the assistance of the Lodge Staff Adviser.  He also handles receipts for lodge expenditures, serves as an ex-officio member of the Trading Post committee and makes financial reports at the Executive Committee meetings.
Jim Nicholas: Lodge Advisor The Lodge Adviser assists and advises the Lodge Executive Committee and offers suggestions and help as needed to improve the lodge program.
