OA Troop Representative:
The troop representative is a bridge between the Chapter and the units. Their job is to relay any information or requests the Chapter makes to their troops. All troop representatives are requested to fill out this simple form in order for the Chapter to better contact them. It can be printed out and handed to the Chapter Chief or emailed to him directly.

Vigil Nominations:

Function Form:
Need to register for a function? Need to pay dues? Want to buy a Gold Card? Click here for the official Tutelo function form.

Ceremonies:
Interested in ceremonies? Contact [chapter indian affairs chairman] at email@add.ress  to request via email your copy of the scripts and instructions on how to open them. If you are prepared to do a ceremony for the lodge, please contact Brian Farrel, the Tutelo Indian Affairs Chairman, at ia.tutelo@gmail.com to get scheduled.

We meet the second thursday of the month at 7:15PM, every month except July, usually in the top floor youth room.
